Manjusha is a Science graduate and holds a post graduate diploma in Computer Software Techniques. She worked with a computer consultant and was part of the systems design team for software development of a big hospital.
She jointly ran a small software company with her husband, which provided customised software for accounting, inventory among others. She has worked as a freelance translator for 9 years, undertaking German-English technical assignments of various MNCs. She is an alumnus of the Ecological Society, completing the Society’s one year post graduate diploma in “Sustainable Management of Natural Resources & Nature Conservation”. She has worked for Ecological Society’s MKCL E-syllabus project on environment education meant for undergrads. She has also completed the field botany course jointly conducted by MACS -ARI and Nisargasevak, a Beekeeping course conducted by CBRTI and an ornithology course conducted by Jividha. Ever since Jeevitnadi’s inception in 2014, she has actively worked for advocating JNLRF Toxin-free lifestyle initiative, practicing the same at home too. She worked as coordinator for JNLRF’s short project on ‘Panchatatva’ meant for pre-teen children introducing them to the world of the five elements and the role each has in our daily lives. |
