| Kirti is a post-graduate in Environmental sciences and have completed diploma in “Sustainable Management of Natural Resources & Nature Conservation” from Ecological Society. She has 12 years’ experience in the field of Environment and Biodiversity conservation.
She is associated with Oikos for Ecological Services for biodiversity surveys, ecological restoration and environment education projects. She has worked in Environment Department, Government of Maharashtra as project officer for 6 years where she has handled various environment conservation and awareness related Schemes of State and Central Government. Published various articles in environment related magazines and newsletters. Currently freelancing for Environment conservation and Biodiversity related projects. Her main areas of interest are native plants and their conservation & ecological restoration of degraded ecosystems. |
